University of the Incarnate Word is seeking a UIWtv Operations Manager (student position) to oversee daily UIWtv operations. You will gain hands-on experience in broadcast production and work closely with faculty to handle shows, graphics, and studio controls.

The role is open to current UIW students, with duties including rehearsals and live broadcasts scheduled every other Thursday, 11am–1pm, and potential additional sessions based on officer and talent availability.

Qualifications

• UIW Communication Arts student.
• None (no prior work experience) required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as UIWtv Communications Arts Student Officer.
• Promotes campus news, sports, and events.
• Manages day-to-day UIWtv operations.
• Acts as Director during live broadcasts.
• Verifies studio background, graphics, audio, and camera shots.
