Job summary

Tulane Hillel in New Orleans is seeking an Engagement Associate to build relationships with students, plan campus events, and help turn ideas into action.

You'll work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, learning Relationship-Based Engagement and Human-Centered Design while shaping Jewish campus life.

This is a full-time, 40-hour/week role starting in August; remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to build relationships and facilitate discussions with diverse student groups.
• Ability to design and implement campus engagement activities and events.
• Strong organizational skills and data-minded approach to tracking progress.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 300–400 students and develop new programs and events.
• Identify potential student leaders and recruit them for Hillel leadership roles.
• Lead and support 10+ student-led programs per semester and provide logistical support for events.
