Under the supervision of the Student Life Manager, the Coordinator is responsible for largely focusing on the planning, scheduling, organizing, and coordinating and delivery of student activities. This position will conduct investigations of student misconduct and other complaints. Interfaces regularly with the downtown campus Student Senate members. Work is generally diversified requiring knowledge of student services using good judgment in analysis and decisions within the established procedures. Supervision received is general in nature and daily responsibilities are completed independently with supervisor interaction limited to strategic planning, unusual conditions, and problem situations.

Associate’s degree in Student Affairs, Education or related field with emphasis in communications.
With Associate: Three (3) years of experience. Related experience includes: Experience in communications or related field.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred. With Bachelors: One (1) year of experience.
CPR/First Aid Certification.
Start Date: This position supports the Student Engagement and Community Impact Department and is available to start immediately.
Hours: This position is a full-time position (year-round) and works 40 hours a week (e.g. 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday). in-person. All work must be performed in the state of Wisconsin.
Compensation: Hourly pay rates are listed up to the midpoint of the range and placement is determined based on years of experience, internal equity, and a review of the applicant's employment and educational background as listed on the job application.
