Job summary

The University of Oklahoma's Bizzell Memorial Library seeks a student employee to support the Interlibrary Loan/Document Delivery area. You will pull books, receive items from other libraries, scan materials, and deliver books across campus while using computers daily.

The role requires you to be enrolled as an undergraduate student for Fall 2026, with the ability to work 4-hour blocks between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday–Friday. Background checks are not required at this time.

Position Introduction:

Performs routine duties in the Interlibrary Loan Department/Document Delivery area of Bizzell Memorial Library, including pulling books from the library stacks, receiving books from other libraries, scanning books, opening/packaging mail, and delivering books across north and south campus. This position requires individuals to be comfortable working with computers. Performs other duties as assigned. Must be able to work a minimum of 4-hour blocks 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday-Friday.

Required Education and Experience:

Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student at the University of Oklahoma.
