Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or hold a GED.
• Experience working with students or parents as approved by the employing superintendent.
• Or be a high school student 18 years of age or older; and have required coursework with superintendent validation.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with monitoring the learning center and facilitating students’ learning progress.
• Assist with understanding assessments and checking daily goals.
• Motivate students for maximum learning and participate in faculty meetings.
• Help implement instructional programs and lesson plans under supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
