Job summary

Reporting to the Director of Student Life, the role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience; preferred candidates have higher education experience with student programs. Salary range is $54,528 - $62,708.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working in higher education.
• Experience working with college students in extracurricular/co-curricular settings

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate student-focused programs that align with the college goals and values.
• Oversee college-wide events, programs, and traditions, and manage marketing/outreach for the department.
• Hire, train, schedule, develop, and monitor departmental staff.
• Build cross-functional relationships with campus leaders, students, and employees to foster an iBelong environment.
• Manage budgets for assigned areas, including special funding requests for cultural programming and student engagement.
• Collaborate with campus leaders and student organizations to support leadership experiences.
• Develop and deliver leadership development programs for students, including conferences, retreats, series, and sessions.
