The IRW Social Video Designer at American University’s School of Communication supports investigative storytelling through vertical video, social design, and web production. This part-time role welcomes students with journalism or related majors/minors and emphasizes hands-on learning in a university environment.

You'll collaborate with staff and student reporters, producing content for immigration, health, and law enforcement subjects. 10 hours per week at $22.50/hour.

Formación

• Undergrad majors/minors in journalism or related fields required or preferred.
• Familiar with investigative reporting and social media design for journalism, including data visualization.
• IRW is a learning environment; applicants of varying skill levels are welcome.
