Job summary

Wiley|Wilson is seeking a paid Mechanical Engineering intern for summer 2027 in our Raleigh, NC office. You will work alongside licensed engineers on real projects and gain hands-on experience at a 100% employee-owned firm.

Interns will assist with mechanical design and early project planning, participate in active projects, attend client meetings, and join site visits when possible, in an office-first environment with some remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an ABET-accredited Mechanical Engineering program.
• Completed at least the second year by summer 2027.
• In-office internship with possible flexible work policy.

Responsibilities

While Wiley|Wilson offers flexibility through our work-from-home policy, summer internships are primarily an in-office experience. The exact balance of office and remote work will be determined between you and your manager.
