Job summary

Wiley|Wilson is seeking a motivated student for a summer 2027 paid Civil Engineering internship in our Richmond, VA office. You will work alongside licensed engineers on real projects and gain hands-on experience in civil design and early project planning.

Interns will participate in active projects, attend client meetings, and join site and construction visits when possible. The internship is primarily in-office, with some flexibility for remote work as determined with your manager.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an ABET-accredited Civil Engineering program.
• Completion of at least your second year by summer 2027.

While Wiley|Wilson offers flexibility through our work-from-home policy, summer internships are primarily an in-office experience. The exact balance of office and remote work will be determined between you and your manager.
