We are currently seeking: Student Intern (High School & College)

Location: Various Locations
Department: Assigned Based on Business Need and Candidate Interest
Employment Type: Internship (Seasonal or Part-Time)

Tusco is seeking motivated high school and college students to join our Student Internship program. This position provides an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a growing company that serves some of the nation’s most critical facilities and organizations.

Interns will work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to various aspects of the business, which may include operations, project management, construction, accounting, finance, human resources, recruiting, sales, marketing, administration, engineering, information technology, and electronic and physical security systems.

Assignments will be based on business needs, educational interests, and individual career goals whenever possible.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with departmental projects and day-to-day operations
• Supporting project managers, coordinators, and administrative teams
• Conducting research and gathering information for business initiatives
• Assisting with data entry, reporting, and documentation
• Supporting recruiting, HR, accounting, sales, or marketing activities
• Learning industry-specific processes related to construction, security systems, and technology solutions
• Participating in meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
• Collaborating with team members across multiple departments
• Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in high school, technical school, college, or university
• Strong desire to learn and contribute in a professional environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail

Preferred

• Interest in construction, engineering, technology, project management, business, accounting, finance, human resources, marketing, sales, operations, or related fields
• Curiosity about physical security systems, critical infrastructure, and technology solutions
