DePaul University is seeking a Student Insurance Coordinator to lead the DePaul Student Insurance program, educate students on health insurance concepts, and collaborate with campus partners to ensure access to resources. The role focuses on planning, outreach, and program evaluation in alignment with DePaul's Catholic, Vincentian, and urban identity.

The Student Insurance Coordinator will report to the Director of Wellness in CCW and be responsible for the initiation, marketing and maintenance of DePaul Student Insurance, educating DePaul students in areas related to increased understanding of American health insurance, and maintaining communication with internal and external partners. This position is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating education and messaging consistent with DePaul University's Catholic, Vincentian, and urban identity. Such education includes campus-wide initiatives and communications, as well as activities designed for unique student populations. It requires extensive collaboration with the HPW Specialists, university and campus partners to ensure all efforts are successful and students, parents, staff and faculty have access to the appropriate resources. This position will provide holistic individual, group and family support to community members in need.
May oversee 1 -2 student employees who work directly with the Student Health Insurance program.
Purchase supplies and equipment for use in office, and use in HPW sponsored events. Selection and purchase of marketing items. Assist with invoicing and expenses associated with student insurance fees. Assist with the use and management of the Student Health Fee.
The salary range provided in this posting reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered or earned is dependent on experience, education and other factors including departmental budget.
