Job summary

The Landuyt Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign is seeking a dynamic Student Innovation and Entrepreneur Program Coordinator to advance one of the nation’s leading university entrepreneurship ecosystems.

You will lead high-impact programs, events, and partnerships with students, faculty, alumni, investors, and industry partners, managing projects from concept to execution and leveraging AI to improve operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 12 months in event planning, programs, or projects.
• Experience in education, training and/or work experience in event planning, program coordination, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programs and events for the Landuyt Center from concept through completion.
• Develop processes, budgets, and documentation to support initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Support partnerships and outreach with internal and external stakeholders.
