Georgia Gwinnett College seeks a Student Assistant to join the Communications team for its Student Influencer Program. The role focuses on conceptualizing, shooting, and editing videos to highlight student life at GGC across social media.

Office-based, reports to the Digital Communications Specialist and Director of Digital Communications. The student will collaborate with the Communications department to produce engaging visual content and promote the college experience on GGC’s social channels

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours at Georgia Gwinnett College.
• Strong interest in video production and social media.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok.

Responsabilités

• Generate content ideas for GGC social media.
• Film assigned content weekly.
• Edit videos to established standards.
• Submit drafts by deadlines.
• Attend weekly idea/ content meetings.
• Represent the GGC brand on camera.
• Perform other duties as directed.
