The Student Housing Maintenance Supervisor, known internally as Service Manager, performs maintenance, supervisory, and administrative tasks. This is a "working supervisor" role, involving direct participation in repairs and maintenance of buildings, grounds, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and electronic systems. The supervisor ensures the property's upkeep and aesthetic appeal.
The role requires creating a positive work environment, building relationships with the service team, vendors, and property staff, exercising good judgment, delivering excellent customer service, and participating in community management.
