Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in student or multifamily housing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and market regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, team development, and financial performance.
• Maintain occupancy rates above 99% and optimize revenue.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
