Job summary

American Campus Communities is seeking a Community Assistant in Flagstaff to support leasing and property operations. You will conduct tours, answer inquiries, generate leads, and help residents with a high level of customer service while upholding ACC standards.

You'll work varied shifts, participate in Move-In/Move-Out, assist with events and social media marketing, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university for a degree or certificate program.
• Close sales by scheduling tours, generating leads, and following up with prospects.
• Enter guest/prospect information accurately into Salesforce in a timely manner.
• Assist with orientation marketing, housing fairs, events, and campaigns.
• Support social media initiatives and foster a positive resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Close the sale: set appointments, conduct tours, and follow up with prospects.
• Provide excellent resident service and adhere to ACC policies.
• Maintain a structured office schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Participate in Turn, Move-In, and Move-Out processes.
• Engage in social media marketing and event support.
• Enter guest information and census data into Salesforce accurately.
• Collaborate with team, attend meetings and trainings.
