Qualifications

• Degree or certificate program must be in progress from an accredited college or university while in this position.

Responsibilities

• Close sales by scheduling tours, generating leads, conducting tours, and following up with prospects.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and parents and maintain a welcoming community image.
• Work a structured office shift including evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Participate in Turn, Move-In, and Move-Out processes.
• Plan and execute social media strategies and community events to engage residents and the campus community.
