Job summary

Yugo is seeking an Area Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of student housing spaces nationwide. You will lead facilities operations, coordinate site teams, manage budgets and procurement, and drive safety and maintenance programs.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering an exceptional living experience for students. The role requires strong English communication, the ability to read blueprints, and travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in relevant field or industry.
• Experience in operational management or equivalent.
• Ability to remotely lead a portfolio of teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of properties with operational excellence.
• Attend and lead weekly operations meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Manage site budgets, procurement, and Make Ready processes within budget.
• Review safety, compliance, and maintenance plans; develop O&M schedules.
• Provide performance updates and risk/opportunity insights to leadership.
