Job summary

University of Oklahoma OU Health Campus in Oklahoma City seeks a front desk/operations assistant for the University Health Club. You will greet members, monitor areas, and support daily operations; weekend shifts required; flexible schedule.

Must be an undergraduate student enrolled Fall 2026 at OU, with background check. Life guarding or swimming experience is preferred and will be considered in scheduling and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills to interact with students, employees, members and public.
• Must have life guarding or swimming experience.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone and direct calls appropriately, greets and assists members and visitors.
• Monitors front desk, swimming pool and other areas of the facility.
• Acts to maintain overall appearance and cleanliness of the facility.
• Performs job duties independently and in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Must be available to work weekends.
