Responsibilities

• Support the guest experience at the salon front and back of house.
• Follow training plans developed with the Salon Leader to develop skills.
• Partner with licensed professionals for consultations on guests.
• Observe and learn by watching salon pros and asking questions to sharpen skills.
• Help build a strong clientele through product knowledge and service.

In The Salon, You Will

As a hairstylist student, you will be an integral part of the salon flow:

• Support the Guest Experience: Work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.
• Develop Your Craft: Participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader (SL).
• Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: Watch Salon Professionals as they work and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
