Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands invites cosmetology students to join the FuturePRO Student to Work program, a mentor-led path from day one to a licensed professional. You’ll learn styling, color techniques, observation, and hands-on practice with real guests.

As you train, you’ll earn hourly pay, gain immediate guest access, and build a strong clientele. Upon licensure, a structured career ladder and commissions help you reach meaningful income and growth.

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: Work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.
• Develop Your Craft: Participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader (SL).
• Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: Watch Salon Professionals as they work and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
• Business Building: Receive training on professional product knowledge, consultation skills, and how to build a strong clientele.
