Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in the United States invites beauty school students to join the FuturePRO (Student to Work) program, a path from classroom to chair with hands‑on mentorship and licensed guidance.

Starting as a student, you’ll access a 90‑day mentorship, orientation on styling and color, advanced technical training, and on‑the‑job coaching to grow your skills and earnings toward a potential six‑figure hourly career with a flexible, performance‑based pay model.

Qualifications

• Beauty school student ready to transition to professional career.
• Night, weekend, and holiday flexibility.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color.

Responsabilités

• Support the Guest Experience: Work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.
• Develop Your Craft: Participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader (SL).
• Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: Watch Salon Professionals as they work and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
• Business Building: Receive training on professional product knowledge, consultation skills, and how to build a strong clientele.
