Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands offers a FuturePRO (Student to Work) program for cosmetology students to start building their income and career from day one. You will receive mentorship, orientation, and advanced technical training while working in a supportive salon team environment.

As a hairstylist student, you’ll gain hands-on experience behind the chair, with on-the-job learning, performance-based pay, and opportunities to advance through our 8-level career ladder and 12 price levels once

Responsibilities

• Support guest experience by working the reception area and assisting actions that influence the guest experience.
• Develop craft through a training plan with the Salon Leader.
• Partner with a licensed pro for consultations on select guests.
• Observe and learn by watching Salon Professionals and asking questions.
• Build a strong clientele through product knowledge and consultation skills.

In The Salon, You Will

As a hairstylist student, you will be an integral part of the salon flow:

• Support the Guest Experience: Work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.

• Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
