Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: work the reception area and assist actions affecting guest experience.

• Observe & Learn: watch professionals and ask questions to sharpen skills.
• Business Building: receive training on product knowledge, consultations, and building a clientele.

In The Salon, You Will

• Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
