Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is offering a FuturePRO (Student to Work) program for cosmetology students who want to start earning while they learn. You’ll receive mentorship, onboarding, and advanced training to build your career behind the chair in a supportive salon team.

As you progress, there is potential to earn $100K+ per year as you move up the 8-Level Career Ladder and 12 Price Levels, with hourly pay, performance-based pay, and tips.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in beauty school with ready-to-work status.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays to maximize learning and earnings.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).

Responsabilités

• Support the guest experience in the salon as you train.
• Develop your craft through a structured training plan with a Salon Leader.
• Partner with a licensed pro for consultations with guests.
• Observe, learn, and sharpen cutting, color, and styling skills.
• Build a clientele through product knowledge and professional service.

In The Salon, You Will

As a hairstylist student, you will be an integral part of the salon flow:

• Support the Guest Experience: Work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.
• Develop Your Craft: Participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader (SL).
• Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: Watch Salon Professionals as they work and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
• Business Building: Receive training on professional product knowledge, consultation skills, and how to build a strong clientele.
