Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is launching its FuturePRO Student to Work program for cosmetology students who want to start earning while they learn. As a student in our salon system, you’ll receive mentorship, orientation, and hands-on training to build your skills from day one.

Responsibilities

• Support the guest experience in the salon, including front desk support and customer service.
• Develop skills through a training plan created with your Salon Leader.
• Partner with a licensed pro for consultations on select guests.
• Observe and learn by watching stylists and asking questions to sharpen skills.
• Build a clientele through professional product knowledge and consultation training.

In The Salon, You Will

As a hairstylist student, you will be an integral part of the salon flow:

• Support the Guest Experience: Work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.
• Develop Your Craft: Participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader (SL).
• Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: Watch Salon Professionals as they work and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
• Business Building: Receive training on professional product knowledge, consultation skills, and how to build a strong clientele.
