Job summary

Granite School District seeks a Comprehensive Guidance Clerk to assist the counseling team in classroom activities, program scheduling, and materials management. The role supports student guidance initiatives and data entry within the Comprehensive Counseling and Guidance program.

The incumbent will help organize meetings, track CCR-Plan participation, and maintain office records while coordinating with counselors and school staff to ensure smooth operations of the guidance program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some office or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist counselors in preparation of classroom guidance activities and presentations.
• CCR-Plan – prepare, organize, and schedule meetings with students and parents.
• Track CCR-Plan participation and maintain relevant paperwork.
• Assist in scheduling and course selection, collect materials, and input schedules.
• Maintain the counseling program budget and receipts.
