Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design banners and flyers for all events and requests from other offices.
• Create tickets for events.
• Hang banners and flyers around campus and remove after events.
• Create posters and banners to size specifications when requested.
• Organize the supply closet.
• Take pictures of events.
• Answer the phone and cover the front desk when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
