Job summary

Clovis Community College is seeking a Graphic Designer and Event Coordinator to create promotional graphics and manage on-campus events. The role requires conceptualizing designs, coordinating production, and ensuring materials meet branding and accessibility standards.

You will work full-time on site at the Clovis campus, collaborating with the Marketing department to deliver print and digital collateral and to support large-scale events with timely signage and materials.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with event production or marketing materials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Concept and produce marketing materials for institutional publications and collateral.
• Coordinate production schedules, select media, and ensure proof accuracy.
• Oversee signage, event logistics, and real-time marketing support during events.
• Mentor graphic design interns and stay current with trends.
• Ensure ADA accessibility and brand compliance across all materials.
