Augsburg University Athletics is seeking student workers to perform game-day duties such as scoreboard operation, scorekeeping, libero tracking, and ticketing/usher support. You will work closely with game management, officials, and visiting teams in a fast-paced venue.

Eligible students must be work-study, dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. Training will be provided, and this on-site role offers hands-on experience in athletics operations.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Augsburg University students who are work-study eligible.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Dependability, punctuality, and professionalism in game-day settings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of sports rules (soccer, volleyball, football, basketball, etc.) preferred but not required.
• Prior event operations or athletics experience is a plus; training will be provided.

Your Role

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay rate of $16.45 per hour.
• Eligibility for Minnesota Sick and Safe Time.
• Not eligible for health insurance benefits.
