Job summary
Circle of Life Personal Care in Northwest Arkansas seeks compassionate, dependable caregivers who can work around a student schedule. This role offers PRN flexibility, the chance to gain hands-on home care experience, and opportunities to increase hours as availability changes.
Starting pay is $16.50/hour with a weekend differential for hours 7pm Friday–7am Monday, plus education assistance and benefits for eligible staff. No CNA/PCA certification required, and training support is available.
Qualifications
- Compassion and empathy are essential.
- Dependable and committed to caregiving.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Able to work independently and follow care plans.
- Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
- Willing to complete pre-employment screening.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and supervision to clients.
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
- Transport clients to appointments and events.
- Run errands as needed.
- Prepare meals for clients.
- Assist with light housekeeping and recreation.
