Job summary

Delphi Technologies is seeking a Nurse Aide in Training to join our program in Huntsville, Alabama, to earn a Nurse Aide Certification through a structured educational program including classroom instruction, clinical practice, and supervised on-the-job training.

The position offers flexible shifts with Full-Time / Part-Time options, and is designed to prepare you for a Certified Nursing Assistant role while supporting patient care and teamwork in a compassionate health-care environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least an 8th grade education.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of residents.

• The Nurse Aide in Training will undergo a comprehensive program to acquire the knowledge, skills, and certification needed to perform the role of a Certified Nursing Assistant. The Student will participate in HMR's structured educational program consisting of classroom instructions, clinical practice, and on-the-job, supervised training to perform the services for which they have been trained and found competent to perform during the training period.
