HMR Veterans Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will support ADLs and work closely with licensed nurses to implement individualized care plans.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid CNA certification, with experience in long-term care and a strong focus on quality patient care and teamwork.

Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care, assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity. This role works closely with licensed nurses to support individualized care plans in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting.
