Acron Aviation is seeking a Student Finance Associate to support lender relations and student financing operations in Sanford, FL. The role emphasizes lender support, student communication, financial documentation, cost estimates, and administrative processing.

The position works with Student Financing leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure students receive accurate and timely financial information throughout their training. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications

• Requires a 2-year post-secondary/associate’s degree with 4 years of prior related experience or a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years prior related experience.
• Financial accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 experience is required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide lender and student financing support and answer questions about lenders and financing options.
• Explain lending processes, timelines, documentation requirements, and disbursement expectations.
• Coordinate communication between students, Student Financing, and lenders for required information.
• Support development of clear educational materials explaining procedures and costs.
• Prepare and distribute student training cost estimates and maintain documentation.
• Provide administrative support for Jacksonville operations and cross-functional teams.
