• Monitor quality control standards for financial aid programs.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal and institutional programs.
• Reconcile financial aid accounts with the Financial Aid Accounting Office.
• Prepare and review reports and data for internal and external reporting.
• Monitor fund allocations in awarding and disbursing process.
• Communicate with federal/state agencies and students on financial aid issues.
• Counsel financial aid students and decisions regarding awards.
• Interpret and implement regulations set by federal/state agencies.
• Serve as liaison between Financial Aid and other campus departments.
