South College Nashville Campus invites applications for the position of Financial Aid Officer onsite in Nashville, TN. This is a full-time role supporting student financial aid processes and services with emphasis on clear communication and organization.

The Financial Aid Officer will counsel students and parents on federal aid, collect and verify required documents, and manage awards in the administrative system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in Financial Aid or Accounting/Management preferred.
• Experience with financial aid software and systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meet and counsel with students and parents regarding federal aid.
• Collect documentation required from students and/or parents.
• Verify information provided by students/parents when required.
• Make awards and notify students/parents.
• Set up awards in the administrative software.
