Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Counsel applicants and parents on financial aid packages and awards.
• Advise students on financial eligibility, aid programs, budgeting and debt.
• Maintain currency on federal/state aid regulations and university policies.
• Communicate with students via email, text, social media and campus advertising.
• Counsel students in documentation for verification and awards.
• Create and update financial aid forms and materials for diverse populations.
• Assist in improving initial award packages and information for students and parents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
