Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum four years of experience in higher education, admissions, or event management.
• Experience planning and managing complex, high-visibility events with multiple stakeholders.
• Equivalent combination of education and professional experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of undergraduate and graduate admission events.
• Develop event plans, timelines, staffing, procedures and success measures.
• Manage event logistics including registration, space, guest services, technology, dining and signage.
• Serve as a primary operational resource for issues affecting schedule, staffing, facilities, and guest experience.
• Coordinate with campus partners and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
