  • Support the shared goal of consistent, high-quality customer service across all events
  • Operate the official game clock, shot clock, or scoreboard, and maintain scorebooks as a Gameworker
  • Handle public address announcing or manage music and sound systems as a NWBD Broadcaster
  • Communicate regularly with respective supervisors
  • Follow instructions of supervisor and managers
  • Attend necessary training as directed by supervisors
