Responsibilities

• Sending weekly emails to ensemble members about rehearsals, concerts, and other ensemble events.
• Communicate any ensemble member absences and conflicts with the ensemble director(s).
• Create paper and/or virtual programs for concerts.
• Assist ensemble directors in the scanning, copying, and distribution of music.
• Take attendance at the start of ensemble rehearsals.
• Other duties as assigned.
