Legends Global partners with The Ohio State University Alumni Association to engage Buckeye alumni and friends through a new Engagement Center. The Student Engagement Specialist role focuses on developing communication skills, expanding fundraising knowledge, and growing networks while delivering excellent customer service to donors and constituents.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a combination of evening and weekend shifts.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with alumni, friends and donors to drive donations.
• Ability to collaborate with Manager and Student Supervisors to implement fundraising strategy.
• Develop knowledge of charitable priorities to present a compelling case for support.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with donors, alumni, friends and family to turn them into donors.
• Secure gifts and provide stewardship and relationship-building.
• Support broad-based fundraising and annual solicitations with the team.
• Develop connections with alumni and constituents through calls and digital communications.
• Utilize the university’s constituent database to manage donors and volunteers.
