The City and County of Denver seeks a Student Employment Programs Specialist to manage the Off‑Campus Work Study program and champion student career readiness initiatives. This full-time role involves overseeing training, assessments, and campus engagement efforts.
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree and have experience in leading programs, preferably in student services or workforce development. The position offers a salary range of $47,300–$52,000 with benefits including medical coverage and tuition reimbursement.
MSU Denver’s Classroom to Career Hub (C2Hub) is focused on engaging all students in career readiness. The Student Employment Programs Specialist will manage the Off‑Campus Work Study program, develop and implement student employment and career readiness initiatives, and maintain partnerships across campus and community.
Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Monday‑Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required. Occasional travel may be required for business or operational needs.
Salary range: $47,300–$52,000. Final salary will depend on internal equity, experience, education, and training.
Primarily on‑site at MSU Denver with the opportunity to work remotely one or two days per week with supervisory approval.
