Job summary

Lewis & Clark College is seeking a part-time Student Employment Coordinator to manage hiring, onboarding, timekeeping, and payroll for ~2,000 student employees across undergraduate, law, and graduate campuses. You will coordinate Federal Work-Study funds, develop job descriptions, and support supervisors to ensure policy compliance and effective career readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and three years of related work experience.
• Experience managing student employment processes and payroll.
• Knowledge of payroll, timekeeping, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage hiring, onboarding, and timekeeping for student employees across campuses.
• Develop job descriptions and align roles with career readiness frameworks.
• Oversee payroll auditing, FWS compliance, and reporting.
• Provide training and support to student employment supervisors.
