Covenant Transport offers a company-sponsored driver training program for individuals with no prior truck driving experience. Trainees gain skills to obtain a class A CDL and can train on the same equipment they will operate, with housing, travel, and tuition reimbursement available.

First-year drivers may earn between $1,600 and $2,500 per week, with modern benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Inexperienced drivers welcome; no experience required.
• First year CDL-A drivers can earn substantial weekly income while in training.
• Willingness to learn and complete CDL-A training while paired with experienced mentors.

Responsibilities

• Participate in company-sponsored CDL training program.
• Train and drive with automatic trucks during the apprenticeship.
• Work toward securing a CDL-A and entering the trucking workforce.
