Qualifications

We want students to discover life in Jesus, find where they belong, discover their purpose in Him, and make a difference by living out their faith every day.**The Bridge** is Discover Church’s student ministry, currently reaching 70–85 students each Wednesday night. We are looking for a passionate, Spirit-filled Youth Director who loves students and has a heart to see them become lifelong followers of Jesus.The Youth Director will provide leadership and vision for The Bridge, working closely with the Lead Pastor and Discover staff to build a healthy, evangelistically driven and discipleship-focused student ministry. This person will lead the weekly student environment, develop and shepherd adult and student leaders, teach and communicate God's Word, and create opportunities for students to encounter Jesus, build community, and grow in their faith.This is more than a Wednesday night position.
