Job summary

Morehouse College's Bonner Office of Community Service seeks a Program Coordinator to support scholarship programs, campus-wide service, and engagement initiatives. The role plans, organizes, and facilitates group service projects, events, and communications under the Assistant Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year post-secondary institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a community service program preferred.
• Previous work experience in higher education or nonprofit organizations and teaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, facilitate group service projects and initiatives.
• Support student trips, event logistics and communications under the Assistant Director.
• Maintain accurate records of scholar programs including service hours and end-of-year achievements; run reports.
• Assist with identifying, coordinating, and monitoring service placement sites for scholars.
• Collaborate to create student development programs, trainings, and administration as prescribed by the Bonner Foundation.
• Process stipends and procurement requests for assigned scholar programs.
• Coordinate campus-wide service opportunities (Days of Service, spring break, It's On the HOUSE).
