Description: Student Data Manager
205-day position
Salary: $23,785base salary (salary based on verified previous full-time experience and education)
Location: Darlington County Intervention School
Available: 2026- 2027School Year

*A negative TB test must be on file prior to starting work
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong typing skills required
• One (1) year computer experience required

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and inputting data; generating reports; preparing and processing a variety of documents and records; maintaining student records in designated software application; tracking student data and programs; maintenance of accurate attendance records for students; responding to inquiries from students, parents, district staff, and SC State Department of Education and Federal Systems
• Perform general office duties (i.e. answering the telephone, greeting visitors, distributingmail, copying, and maintaining office machines) necessary for the efficient operation of the school office
• Perform other duties as assigned
