Job summary

St. Cloud Area School District 742 is seeking an after-school Advisor to work with students to teach and refine leadership skills in peer environments. You will assist students with decision-making in building activities and events.

The role emphasizes equitable participation and personal growth through supervision and guidance. The position requires demonstrated experience in teaching, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to education-based interscholastic

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership that promotes personal growth, confidence, and in a manner that is equitable for all participants.
• Monitor the work of all members to ensure their safety.
• Set the group's meeting schedule; will also work individually with students throughout the week (this may include meeting before, during and after the school day).
