Lake Mead Christian Ministries (LMCM) is seeking a part-time, hourly Student Intern Content Creator to support our Social Media Manager in capturing engaging campus life content. This internship offers hands-on experience in photography, videography, and story-led marketing while learning to shape LMCM’s presence with current and prospective families.

The role emphasizes teamwork, creativity, and timely posting across LMCM platforms, under the direction of the Social Media Manager.

Qualifications

• Current LMCM high school student with an interest in media and storytelling.
• Creative, enthusiastic, and comfortable being around people.
• Interested in photography, videography, social media, marketing, or communications.
• Familiar with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Comfortable using a smartphone to capture quality photos and video.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos and short-form video of campus life, student activities, events, athletics, fine arts, and academics.
• Collaborate with LMCA Spiritual Formation Team to maintain content calendar for posts.
• Assist in creating a monthly content calendar alongside Social Media Manager.
• Assist with Reels, Stories, TikToks, and other social media content.
• Help identify and capture timely, authentic, and engaging moments around campus.
• Support content creation for school events and marketing initiatives.
• Assist with behind-the-scenes and student-centered storytelling.
• Organize and label photos and video for future marketing use.
• Participate in content brainstorming and creative planning with the Social Media Manager.
• Learns and utilizes basic photography, videography, editing, and social media tools.
• Follow LMCA brand, media, privacy, and student photography guidelines.
• Represent LMCA professionally and positively while creating content on campus.
• Complete other content and marketing tasks as assigned by the Social Media Manager.
