Job Description Summary Compliance Committee Assistant needed to assist the compliance review committees for human subjects research and vertebrate animal research.

Job Description Research Support: Compliance Committee Assistant will assist the compliance review committees for human subjects research and vertebrate animal research in developing and maintaining databases. Work with compliance committee administrators to help implement the new protocol management software for human and animal subject protocols.

Additional Position Information (if applicable)
  • Review each study protocol for required information
  • Transfer all relevant protocol information to the legacy data file
  • Ensure proper formatting to specifications
  • Establish concordance among each study file and the legacy data upload
  • Access and record dates of completed online training and screening for research personnel

The Compliance Committee Assistant is required to perform activities part-time, typically 5-10 hours per week up to 20 hours per week during one academic year. Work is available over the summer for students available to work.

Minimum Qualifications

The Compliance Committee Assistant must be a full-time undergraduate student.
